Yoga
Kat Frost teaches yoga in the ISHTA style, which focuses on correct alignment, and held postures, along with vinyasa flow (flowing from one posture to another in time with the breath). ISHTA means individual in Sanskrit and this is reflected in the way that Kat ensures that each student is practising safely, with correct form in the postures, and instructions are given to deepen the practise where appropriate. Kat's yoga classes comprise of breathing practises to calm, focus and energise, flowing movements with the breath, yogic postures, and deep relaxation.
