Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy is a time of life when yoga can support you both physically and emotionally. It helps to keep you supple, relieve stress and anxiety, whilst boosting your energy levels.
In Pregnancy Yoga classes, you will use meditation and relaxation techniques to create moments of stillness in your life, helping you take time out of your busy schedule to focus on yourself and your growing baby. Breathing practises calm and energise, and help to you to manage pain and emotions.
Stretches and flowing movements will help you maintain correct posture, strength and flexibility throughout your pregnancy, and you will learn movements and positions to help get your baby into optimal foetal position and to ease the strain of childbirth.
Pregnancy yoga classes take place in Brighton and in Locks Heath (near Fareham, Hampshire). The Locks Heath classes take place as six week courses (£54) on Thursdays 6-7pm when a suitable group can be arranged. Please click here to register your interest. £48 for 6 consecutive classes
£57 for 6 flexi-classes (must be taken within 10 weeks of selected start date)
Places are limited and advance booking is essential.
