Pilates

Pilates is a body conditioning technique that focuses on building core strength through smooth flowing movements in time with the breath. Practising Pilates improves flexibility in joints and muscles and can help relieve back pain and sciatica as you strengthen weak muscles and stretch tight ones. 

Practising Pilates will improve your posture and breathing habits, and the calm focused feeling you experience in classes will extend into your daily life. 

Pilates improves your mind-body connection, helping you to move through life with grace and strength. Guided relaxation is incorporated into every class, so you will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!
