Frequently Asked Questions
What are consecutive classes?
Consecutive classes are suitable for you if you can commit to every week. It's really good to practise yoga and/or Pilates regularly to gain the most benefits.
Consecutive classes are a bit cheaper than flexi-classes but any missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
What are flexi-classes?
Flexi-classes are suitable for you if you know that you cannot commit to a class every week, for example if you might be working late, have a variable schedule, or have a holiday planned. Buying six flexi-classes will keep your place for you in the class, and you can use your six classes like drop-ins. You don't have to let Kat know if you aren't coming (although if you can do, it is helpful) and if you miss a class you can transfer it to the next week. The flexi-classes must be used within a ten week period.
