Yoga Mat

It is important to use a good quality yoga mat that offers you good grip. I have high quality yoga mats for sale for £16. Identical mats are sold in the shops for between £17-£20.

Yoga Blocks

Yoga blocks are a blessing, and help support you in yoga poses and Pilates exercises making sure that you have the form of the pose or exercise correct. This allows you to gain the proper benefits from the pose or exercise and avoid injury. Yoga blocks are £6 each, or £11 for two (save £1), or £15 for three (save £3).

Yoga Belts

Yoga belts help you to deepen stretches while maintaining the correct form of the pose. Yoga belts are £9 each.
