About Kat
 

Kat Frost has always had an interest in health and fitness and began practising yoga as a teenager.

She trained as a yoga teacher in 2006, studying the ISHTA style of yoga, taught by Rachel Zinman.

In 2008, Kat studied 'Teaching Yoga for Children' at Yoga Campus, London. She has since developed her Yoga Shapes classes for kids.

Kat studied 'Yoga for Pregnancy' in 2008 at Yoga Campus London, taught by Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and has been teaching specialist Pregnancy Yoga classes since. Kat studied 'Post-natal recovery and family yoga' with Uma in 2011.

Kat trained as a Pilates teacher in 2010. As well as teaching pure Pilates classes, she began teaching Yogalates classes, linking the two disciplines so that students can get all the benefits of both.
